Of recent times my back's been able to crack like cereal and it's worrying, the sin-seh says it's normal but something tells me the frequency and increasing decibels of cracks just don't sound very normal..
I researched a little and found out...
Cracking can cause serious damage to your vertebrae - ( joined by ligaments, intervertebral discs, and bony facet joints)
Similiar to unexercised joints, the lubricant wears off and possibly causes these cracks.. Just like the cracking of knuckles.. if one does finger exercises, chances are that it'll be harder to crack the knuckles as easily.
So if the doc says it's normal to have all the cracking, it might not be true... Apparantly Yoga works best and the cracking just disappears..
Probably gonna try to see if it works..
