This little big place filled with all kinds of people
Are our lives meant for the persual of our own selfish desires?
Or for the people you treasure or so desire.
The irony of life,
You have it, you wanna lose it,
you don't have it, you strive to get it.
Is not this life filled with so much complexities that we should live it in the simplest manner.
Is it so difficult.
I am an idealist,
I seek the ideals that brighten my life.
As such, I probably would strech far beyond my abilities for something I truly desire.
Same for work and people.
Then the irony comes in again,
I lose myself before I achieve my so desires.
What is this life?

The eccentricities of the heart, the anomalies of the mind, this perpetual paradox incessantly taunts our conscious sanity. Which holds the prerogative?
Many breathless moments of our inadequate lives mistakenly hinge on just one element, the emotional upheaval that accompanies the heart or the sword of brutal logic that the mind brandishes ever fervently. We all have had our fair share of juggling both elements to dismal results, rarely do we emerge unscathed from the scars of yesterdays. Some degenerate to a sorry state of reckless abandon, others, perhaps like yourself , having brazen out hurtful entanglements, choose to harness the mind and starve off the insatiable whimsical cajoles of the heart.
We live by our choices and tagging along with them, the bitter pill of compromises. You will have your holy grail, you have already outdone yourself by chartering an unwavering course for it. Life is simple, you probably made it complex by treading the path less travelled.
Have you lost yourself or have you just stopped listening to your heart?
